Mango

Netra Agro supplies an exclusive range of IQF and Aseptic mango varieties. Each customer-demand has its own purpose and therefore its own type of mango that goes with it. Netra Agro’s mango is available in frozen diced and puree form. The most familiar mango puree varieties are;

  • – Alphonso mango puree, India
  • – Totapuri mango puree, India
  • – Kent mango puree, Peru, Mexico & other South American countries
  • – Hayden mango puree, Peru, Mexico & other South American countries
  • – Magdalena mango puree, mainly Colombia

 

Alphonso is widely known for its sweet and delicate taste. If you are looking for a better priced option, the Indian Totapuri variety single strength of in puree concentrate (28-30 brix) might be an alternative.

 

IQF diced mango is available in a variety of snits. Depending your application you either need softer or harder mango, higher or lower brix, more or lesser fibers.
